Sheets in the Wind

Have you ever been outside on a windy day carrying paper and drop a few sheets, then frantically run around trying to catch them. That seems like an accurate description of my life, so why not a title for my blog. Well, I've finally given in to all of you who have been after me to blog. I can't promise that I'll be faithful, but I'll try.

How ironic life is, when I decided to major in atmospheric science my mom kept teasing me about changing my name to "Windy Sheets". Then when I did start working as a meteorologist there were several "Kari"s around and I was working on a project about Drizzle, so it became a nickname. Well, they've handed me wind as my next project, so mayby mom will get her way afterall;)
